These terms and conditions (“T&C”) apply to your purchase of clothing, accessories and anything else that is for sale ("goods") from the East Club Limited website www.eastclub.co.uk  (“The Website").

East Club Limited is registered in England and Wales as a private company limited by shares under company number 07816694 with a registered office at; F19, 18 Meadow Row, London SE1 6BF, United Kingdom ("We", "Us", "Our"). The user of the website and purchaser of goods is going to be referred as "you", "your”, “the customer”.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY

The Website is only intended for use by people resident in the United Kingdom (excluding Channel Islands and Isle of Man), and also ships to, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland (“Serviced Countries”).

These T&C are a legally binding contract between East Club Limited and you the purchaser. By visiting eastclub.co.uk you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in the T&C. You should read these carefully before buying anything from this website. If you are under 18, you must let your parent or guardian know about East Club Limited’s T&C and Privacy Policy before you register to use this website or any of this website's services.

As we reserve the right to amend or change the T&C under which the website and the goods are provided, you have the obligation of checking the T&C periodically to ensure that you are aware of and comply with the current version. Any change in the T&C will be effective once included in the text and published on the website.

Garments, accessories or any other goods sold at eastclub.co.uk can be referred to as “The Goods” “The Products” “The Items” “The Merchandise”

Although the information on the website (descriptions and listed prices) are as accurate and correct as possible; sometimes we make mistakes. When this happens we will try to resolve all informational errors as soon and sensibly as possible, particularly when it might have affected your purchase.  However, we will not be liable to you for any errors on the website.

DELIVERY

From our UK website (eastclub.co.uk), we offer deliveries to most addresses in the United Kingdom, most member states of the European Union and Switzerland. Your billing and shipping address must be within these countries for us to be able to process your order.

INSURANCE

East Club Limited insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes on to you. If you have a specified recipient or different delivery address, then you accept that evidence of a signature is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by East Club Limited and transfer responsibility in the same way.

 

TAXES & DUTIES

All orders dispatched from our United Kingdom website (eastclub.co.uk) are inclusive of UK VAT charged at the normal rate regardless of its destination. Our UK VAT registration number is: 135643025.

Some countries in our delivery list might charge additional duties and other taxes including VAT when importing goods from other countries. Any additional taxes or fees are liable to the customer importing the goods into the country.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love what you buy at East Club, therefore we are happy to refund or exchange any items that you are not completely satisfied with. You will need to return any unworn, unwashed items to us with all original labels and hangtags within 14 days of receipt. (The parcel must reach us within the 14 days, so please ensure you send it with enough time)

We will issue you a full refund (excluding original delivery charges if applicable) upon receipt of the returned goods, subject to the terms and conditions detailed below.

If your original order was greater than £50.00 and was eligible for free delivery, please note that if you are making a return and the value of the items you are keeping falls below £50.00 our standard delivery rate of £3.95 will be deducted from your refund. 

Please note that for hygiene purposes we cannot exchange or refund swimwear, underwear or socks unless they are faulty.

EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

If you want to exchange a product please send us an email to info@eastclub.co.uk including your order confirmation number, article ID code* of the product(s) you want to return, size, and a brief reason for your return or exchange.

 

*the article ID code is a code unique to each product that starts with AT and should be in a similar format to the following example AT-X0001. You can find this code in the care labels in the garments, in your order next to the product name, or under the barcode in the hangtags.  

 

Alternatively you can also contact us by phone at +44 (0) 77 0362 5188 (Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm) and we’ll be happy to help you. Please make sure you have your order confirmation number available.

Your new items will be shipped at no charge within 1 - 4 working days. We will bill your credit or debit card for the new merchandise and process a refund for returned merchandise to the original credit or debit card as soon as we receive it.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

UK Returns by Royal Mail

Returns are free for customers in the mainland UK.

Please use the pre-paid Royal Mail shipping label included in your package.

If you are using another shipping method at your own expense, please be sure to send the parcel to the following address:

Please follow the below instructions to package your return and mail it back to us:

 

  1. Circle the item(s) that you are returning and please specify the quantity and return reason(s) for each item on your invoice.
  2. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original packaging, and include the completed invoice.
  3. Affix your return shipping label to the packaging. Make sure no other tracking labels are shown.
  4. If using one of the prepaid shipping labels provided, take the package to either your nearest Royal Mail

 

Alternatively if you would like to return it in person to our showroom in Shoreditch or would like to visit our showroom to see the entire collection, please send us an email to info@eastclub.co.uk or contact us by phone at +44 (0) 77 0362 5188 (Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm) to arrange an appointment.

 

Please not that when making an exchange or return:

 

Returns from shipping addresses outside the UK

Unfortunately we are currently not able to offer free returns from outside the United Kingdom. If you want to return any goods from destinations outside the United Kingdom, the costs of returning the Products to us will be incurred by you.  Please mail your item(s) back using the carrier of your choice. Please ensure to obtain insurance and a receipt as you are responsible for the Products until they are received by us.

Follow the below instructions to package your return and mail it back to us:

  1. Circle the item(s) that you are returning and please specify the quantity and return reason(s) for each item on your invoice.
  2. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original packaging, and include the completed invoice.
  3. Affix your return shipping label to the following address to the packaging. Make sure no other tracking labels are shown.

REFUNDS

We will issue a full refund for items purchased online that are returned according to our Returns Terms and Conditions. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit or debit card within 2-7 working days from processing your return and will exclude any shipping costs you might have paid for.

If the date on your payment or credit card has expired or for any reason the original card has been cancelled, please contact us at info@eastclub.co.uk for us to update your payment details and ensure that your refund gets processed correctly.

 

CANCELLATION

According to the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations (http://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2000/2334/contents/made) If you are a consumer (i.e. you are not purchasing either wholly or in part for your business or you are not a business) you have the right to cancel your order or any item purchased online from East Club Limited for a full refund in accordance with our Returns & Exchange Policy. Please contact returns@eastclub.co.uk or call us at +44 (0) 77 0362 5188 as soon as possible to arrange a cancellation before the order is despatched.

The cancellation period ends after 14 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you placed the order. All order cancellations must be made in writing to info@eastclub.co.uk, quoting your order reference number. If your order has already been despatched, you will need to return the goods following our return procedures. The cost of return (if applicable) and care of the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. You should ensure that the Product(s) are adequately insured when returned to us as you are responsible for these Products until received by us. You have a legal obligation to keep the Product(s) in your possession until you return them to us, and to take reasonable care of the Product(s) while they are in your possession (including not removing any hygiene seals on any Product(s)). If you fail to do this, we may have a right against you for compensation; we also retain the right to arrange for collection at your own cost in the event that you have not returned the Product(s) within 14 days of providing us with notice of cancellation.

This provision does not affect your statutory rights.
